Can we add our company logo and colours?
Yes. Upload a header logo, choose its position, customise colours and fonts, and choose the header layout and the sections your invitation needs.
Can we collect dietary requirements and plus-ones?
Yes. Add custom RSVP questions for dietary requirements or meal choices, and set the permitted companions for each guest. Ask only for information you need to run the event.
Is this suitable for a People team running several events?
The annual organiser plan includes five simultaneously live event websites. Paid annual slot upgrades add one slot for £25/year or five for £99/year, prorated to the renewal date. Guest, email, download and storage allowances remain separate.
How do colleagues access the event?
Send a personal invitation link and protect the event with an event password. Guests can view the details and reply through their browser.
Can we share the catering numbers with the venue?
The organiser can create an expiring, read-only venue summary link with attendance totals and selected catering answers, then withdraw it when no longer needed.
