Shared with your people
Gallery access sits within the private event experience. Your guests use the invitation link and event password shared by their host.
A little movement, too
Add short guest video clips as an optional upgrade for £19 per event. Photos and video clips can live together in the gallery, within the event's limits.
Memories worth keeping
Hosts can download the whole gallery at once. Galleries are retained for 30 days after the event website closes, then photos and videos are automatically removed.

Does every event get a gallery?
Each event package includes one shared photo gallery. If you host several events, each has its own gallery and guest access. The annual organiser plan also includes one photo gallery per event.
How does QR code event photo sharing work?
Hosts can print photo-sharing table cards for events with guest self-registration enabled. Guests scan the QR code in their phone browser and follow the event access steps. For invitation-only events, share each guest’s private invitation link instead. Keep the event password within your guest list.
Can I collect wedding guest photos without an app download?
Yes. Guests open the event gallery in their browser and add photos from their device. It works alongside your wedding website, online RSVPs and daily schedule, rather than requiring a separate photo-sharing app.
Can different days have different galleries?
Yes. You can set up separate galleries for different event days. One is included with the event and each additional gallery costs £15.
Are photo uploads unlimited?
No. Event packages have upload capacity limits, and hosts can set guest upload allowances. Optional video clips also have time limits. Review the plan and gallery settings for your event.
Can I download everything together?
Yes. As the host, use the gallery download in your account to download the full gallery in one ZIP archive.
How long does the gallery stay available?
The gallery retention window is 30 days after your event website closes. Download your photos and videos before the deletion deadline.
