01

Invite people personally

Add your guest list, set an event password and send each guest a private invitation link. The invitation can introduce the wedding from both of you, with the date and location clearly shown.

02

Collect replies and meal choices

Keep attending, declined and unanswered invitations together. Add the questions you need for the day, such as meal choices or dietary requirements, and review the answers in your dashboard.

03

Give guests the practical details

Put the ceremony and reception timings, directions, travel notes, accommodation recommendations and frequently asked questions on your wedding website. Guests can open the details in their browser.

04

Bring everyone’s photos together

A shared photo gallery is included with your event. Guests contribute through their private event access, and you can download the full collection as a ZIP before the retention deadline.

A USEFUL STARTING POINT

What to put on your wedding website

  • Your names, wedding date and overall destination
  • Ceremony and reception venues, times and map links
  • RSVP questions, meal choices and useful travel notes
  • A shared gallery for the moments your guests capture

Before you send the invitations.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests open their private invitation link in a browser and enter the event password. They do not need to create a host account to RSVP.

Can we have different wedding venues on different days?

Yes. Set an overall destination, then add the venue, address and map link for each day. For example, a city wedding can have a welcome dinner, ceremony and brunch at different locations.

Is the wedding website public?

The guest experience uses private invitation links and an event password. Private event pages are excluded from the marketing sitemap and marked noindex. Keep invitation links and the password within your guest list.

How do galleries and optional extras work?

One shared photo gallery is included per event. Extra galleries cost £15 each and guest video is an optional £19 upgrade per event. Galleries are retained for 30 days after the event website closes, then deleted. Download your gallery before the deadline.
